I absolutely loved staying here. I’ve been staying here everytime I visit Rock Hill. Everyone is so nice and so welcoming. I would 10000/100 recommend. If your looking to stay at a hotel with great staff, great location and amazing services definitely book your stay here. Looking forward to coming back here again later this year!!!
A great room, facilities, and most importantly great service from staff. In particular, Chymera Gibson, Assistant Manager went out of her way to assist me in my stay. I am a senior with significant medical challenges and Ms Gibson took extra time required in assisting me getting into my room, providing me with all the necessary info and supplies for my stay. Her kindness and caring were evident throughout my stay. Truly an exemplary employee and outstanding representative for your company. I look forward to staying with ESA in the future!
Tina was amazing. They made me feel welcome and was always more than happy to help, even when I felt like I was constantly bothering the front desk. Between the prices, the ammenities, and the excellent service, my business trip was much easier than anticipated. My trip kept getting extended and they were always happy to help extend my stay or help me get things like dishes and towels. So what normally is the biggest headache of any trip became the easiest part of the whole trip. Again thank you so much to Tina and the rest of the team.
Great rooms, clean and service as friendly. I can’t remember her name but she worked the front desk with white hair and a lower hair cut. Amazing lady, very friendly, makes you feel right at home. Thank you will be back
I stayed at the Rock Hill, SC location for over a month and had an overall great experience. Good location near a lot of amenities but there is some noise from the interstate nearby. Overall 5 star because of the awesome staff like Chymera, Renee, and Sophia who took care of every question I had. Will definitely stay there again when I’m in the area.
most of these workers are very rude and snarky , why do i have to go to a kiosk just to ask for some toilet paper absolutely ridiculous. very grateful for Ms.Chymera the assistant manager , the only one i can put up with , she’s very friendly , attentive and very accommodating with your needs. if the doors are open where the front desk is then you know she is there and is always welcoming her guests , for the rest of the workers please do better and treat your guests with respect. 5 stars just for ms.chymera truly the best .
Check In was very wonderful Chymera was very attentive she noticed that I wasn't feeling good I have diabetes she really cares about the guess she got on me and let me know she's by my side. She's everything we need more people that actually cares including April she awesome as well!
